I've heard so much about this place, but I cannot remember the name. I remember it was in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" as well. Amazing that people could actually carve a huge monument like this out of a stone mountain icon_surprised.gif

Conflict/Cultural/Country Interest: Armenia, Assyria, and Kurdistan. Those are my main interests, others include the rest of the Middle East...



The people of Petra had a lot of time on their hands, lol. I heard (because of the spice trades) the city was so rich that you can still find hundreds of gold coins around the area until this day icon_eek.gif
