hmmmm...
this is interesting but i find it almost impossible that armenia would even agree to 'return' lachin to azerbaijan, it is the most vital corridor to artsakh. and the buffer zone is one of the most important defense zones around the armenian sectors. giving back any land would be to give away the military advantage that armenia enjoys. it's unthinkable, and kocharian knows that.
anyways, armenia has nothing to 'return' all lands under armenian control, are traditional armenian lands, inhabitated by armenian locals. i don't see why there is anything to negociate. artsakh is was and will always be armenia, the armenians of artsakh have democratically voted to be part of armenia, and they have fought for it.
azerbaijan is technically still occupying shahumian, as well as several exclaves of armenia, and naxichevan. if we are to negotiate, lets go get those lands back as well, since they have illegally been given away by a communist oppressor.
