4| Who legally owns these lands now?

For me as an Assyrian, I stand with my Armenian Brothers, who faced a genocid by which their population where reduced to a minimum at the hand of some kurds and the turkish armee in their ancorst homeland of west Armenia.

It is hard to claim such a land today, because like said, there is no big armenian population left, still if Turkey will be in the future divided..those armenians who left should be able to return back...just like the Kurds are returning back to parts of northern iraq...especially Kirkuk....

Clear Statment....from Van up is ARMENIAN LAND...., I am sure there are some very important places for my hayastan brothers...., just like we have some very important places in northern Iraq....
