We are the Jaff people our territory covering this geographical area. Our people will be where the majority are Sassanian Jaff which includes the areas of Kafree, part of Kirkuk, SarQala, Kalar, QazelRabat, Jalawla, Qoaratoo, Madin, Baohnoor, Darbanxan, New Halabjah, Arbat, SaidSadik, Sharazoor, Halabjah, Panjawin and other areas with majority of Sassanian Jaff.. We are in the Middle of the fight for our right against Mr. Jalal Talabani, his family, Talabani Shaks, his servant Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Barahm Salah, his mafia organization or under any other names they may operate.

We inform you and your company that Mr. Talabani does not represent us and he is not the owner of our land. We are going to fight you and your company in international courts for any income you may get from our land.

They are signing contract behind our back. We are going to fight your company peacefully. If does not work that way then we won't let you to take any oil out of our area without fight.

This declaration is the warning to you and your companies don't invest your money in our region without agreement with our people.
