I think Lyulya is the best, Im very critic about my meat icon_razz.gif I like them well cooked they should always be cooked 110% icon_smile.gif But Glock do you know Potato Lyulya? Most people cant make those, only professional cooks from Baku know the secret. Potato Lyulya is very delicates to icon_lol.gif

I love fish so sturgeon should be on my plate to icon_razz.gif with some nice lemon and nar sauce (grenade apple sauce) and offcourse some nar holded apart to give that spuicy flevor.. icon_cool.gif

Lyulya is by far my favorite also. In hot lavash it is very, very hard to find anything more tasty on this planet!

Everyone I know likes narsharab, but it is too sweet for me. I don't really like any 'shirin' foods.

Fresh sturgeon kebab on an outdoor terrace along the Caspian... I am killing myself thinking about that!

What is the ass fat called that is used for the khan kebab (in between the potatoes)?

I had no idea what that was the first few times eating it...

Yes, it's fat that comes from the tail / ass region of the barashka. It goes like this: piece of potato, piece of fat, piece of potato, piece of fat, etc. on a shish.

It was very popular!

Lamb ribs are my favorite kebab icon_biggrin.gif I also love ''lever kebab'' its very soft and has a very great taste. Offcourse you need some fresh bread and lemon with that.
